Information We Collect
The public transportation inquiry form asks for your name, contact details, optional organization, inquiry category, and a general message. The Driver application form asks for contact information, city and state, driving-eligibility answers, work availability, optional experience, and acknowledgments. Driver applications are emailed to Ainsley for hiring review; employment screening documents are requested separately through an appropriate process. Please do not include patient names, pickup or destination addresses, appointment specifics, medical information, or other sensitive personal details in the public inquiry form.
Job Application Information
We use Driver applications to assess fit for the posted position, contact applicants about selection, and support lawful recruitment and hiring. Submissions are delivered through an email service provider and may be retained for legitimate recruitment and legal recordkeeping needs. Do not send Social Security numbers, license numbers, birth dates, immigration records, medical information, or identity documents through the public application form.
Health-Related Information
Please avoid submitting unnecessary medical history, diagnoses, treatment details, insurance identifiers, or highly sensitive health information. Use the public form for initial contact only. If more detailed scheduling information is needed, our team will arrange an appropriate communication channel.

Third-Party Providers
Website hosting, form submission, email, analytics, or communication providers may process submitted information on our behalf. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

We do not sell submitted information. Information may be shared only as needed to coordinate requested service, comply with law, protect users or the business, or work with service providers that support operations.
Retention
We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for communication, operations, legal, accounting, or service records, unless a longer period is required by law.
